- STANDARD Rate: $165.00/night, 4-night minimum.
- HOLIDAY Rates (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years): $1,500.00/week holiday week flat fee

The daily/weekly rates stated above include access to all Windsor Hills amenities. Additional charges include:
- RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A 25% deposit is required to secure this property with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- TAX: 13.5% Florida State Sales Tax and Guest Tax $150.00 Cleaning Fee (Includes linens and local telephone use)
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: a $200.00 Security Deposit (no security deposit required if your credit card is used for payment)
- CLEANING FEE: $150.00
- EXTENDED STAY FEE: Stays of more than 2 weeks will require a mid-stay bathroom cleaning and disinfectant every couple of weeks ($25.00 per clean), this is to prevent mildew buildup.
